Data Deletion Instructions & Status Checker

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies for Facebook Login integrations, this portal provides users with instructions to delete their data, look up ongoing requests, and lets Meta reviewers test our live webhook.

Facebook Data Deletion Guide

  1. Go to your personal Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
  2. Locate and click on PC Mart BD from the active list.
  3. Scroll down and click the Remove button.
  4. Check the confirmation prompt and confirm the removal.
  5. Once removed, click on Removed Apps and Websites, click PC Mart BD, and select Send Request to trigger our automated deletion webhook.
  6. You will receive a unique tracking confirmation code (e.g., DEL-123456-BD) from Facebook. Paste it into the tracker on this page to check the status of your data purging.
