1. System Configuration & Pricing

All prices configured on our online Custom PC Builder tool are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to dynamic component availability at the Multiplan Center market in Dhaka. We strive to maintain absolute price alignment, but in cases of sudden global market fluctuations, our sales team reserves the right to present updated prices to you for confirmation before shipping.

2. Warranty Protocols

Every individual component assembled into your PC is backed fully by its official brand warranty (ranging from 1 year to limited lifetime depending on items like CPU, GPU, and RAM).

Warranty claims are processed through our physical testing store in Elephant Road, Dhaka. Shipping costs to and from our service desk for warranty repairs outside of Dhaka are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping & Deliveries

We offer home delivery across all 64 districts in Bangladesh using partner courier networks.

• Inside Dhaka: Cash on delivery is available. Systems are safely transported using specialized PC Mart BD delivery agents.
• Outside Dhaka: Conditional courier payment is accepted. Rigs are packaged inside protective wooden crates to eliminate transit shock damage.

4. AI Chatbot Terms

The advice, suggestions, and diagnostic compatibilities calculated by our website chat widget or incoming Facebook Messenger AI chatbot are intended solely as technical guidelines. Always verify CPU/Motherboard pin arrangements or cooling clearance profiles with our physical desk engineers before concluding high-value purchases.
